We're proud that we manufacture over 90% of the products we sell. At our dedicated 7000 ft2 manufacturing facility in Cheshire, we combine traditional sign making and joinery techniques with the very latest machinery and state of the art design software to create a wide range of golf course furnishings.

The process journey

Many of our products can be branded to include your course livery. Each individual bespoke commission is very unique and as such can take several days to complete. With the larger course furnishings and signage projects, due to their very nature can take several weeks to manufacture after all artwork has been approved, therefore please take this into consideration and try to plan your project well in advance to avoid any possible disappointment.

Step 2: Request quotation

Call us on +44(0)1606 73 88 33 to request a quotation or fill out a contact form or better still, why not request an onsite consultation from one of our many representatives who will be happy to visit your course with product samples and free advice.

Step 3: Design approval

Once we have a clear indication of your needs our design department will generate artwork visuals for your approval prior to manufacture. If you need to send us your logo or any other artwork please see our artwork guidelines below.

Step 4: Manufacturing begins

With the larger course furnishings and signage projects, due to their very nature, can take several weeks to manufacture therefore please take this into consideration when planning your project and try to plan your project well in advance to avoid possible disappointment.

Craftsmanship

Step 5: Delivery

We use a range of courier services and most standard (non-customised) products are available on a next day service. For the larger signage jobs, we often use a dedicated vehicle service to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Step 6: Care & Maintenance

We have created a care and maintenance document to help you maintain your investment and keep it looking at its best.
